AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for operational, financial, compliance, legal, or business decisions.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data and platform security. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

6. Intellectual Property

The AxTrace platform, software, trademarks, logos, and related materials remain the property of Alpha X Technology Pte Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Breach applicable laws or regulations

• Misuse the platform

• Create security, operational, or compliance risks

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Alpha X Technology Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
